Terms

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
• Your order is confirmed when checkout completes and you get the confirmation email. Payment is taken then.
• If I can’t make something after you’ve ordered (a material runs out, or a request turns out to be impossible), I’ll tell you and refund you in full.
• Custom orders are quoted individually. Once you approve and pay, the quote, mockup and date I sent are part of the agreement.

Personalization and your content

• You’re responsible for the text and artwork you send, including spelling, and for having the right to use any logo or design.
• I can decline personalization that’s hateful, harassing or infringing, or that I otherwise won’t put my name behind. You’ll be refunded.
• You keep the rights to the designs, logos and artwork you send. I only use them to make your order, and I won’t reuse or sell them.
• I may share photos of finished pieces as examples of my work, unless you ask me not to; just say so when you order. Branded business pieces are only shown with your permission.

Products

• Everything is made one at a time. Expect small variations in material, color and engraving depth; those aren’t defects.
• Product photos are representative. Your piece will look like it but won’t be identical.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Zedfec’s liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Use products as intended. Engraved and 3D-printed pieces aren’t toys for young children and aren’t rated for food or heat unless the product page says so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
