At a glance

Made-to-order items are ready to ship in 3–7 business days. Personalized items count as made to order.
Custom orders depend on the project. You’ll get a date with your mockup and price before you pay anything.
Need it by a certain day? Email zack@zedfec.com before you order and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.

Where: United States only, for now.
How: a tracked carrier, usually USPS or UPS, whichever makes the most sense for the package. Every order gets tracking. Faster options show up at checkout when they’re available.
Cost: calculated at checkout from your address and the package size.
Local pickup: free in Grand Rapids. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout and I’ll email you when it’s ready and where to grab it.

Personalized and custom items are made just for you, so they’re final sale. They can’t be resold with someone else’s name on them.

Items without personalization: return them unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
To start a return, email zack@zedfec.com with your order number. Please don’t just mail it back; I’ll send you the return details.
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the item arriving back here, to your original payment method. Your bank then usually takes 5–10 business days to show it.

Arrived damaged? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll remake or refund it, your choice.
I made a mistake (wrong material, or a typo that wasn’t in what you typed)? I’ll remake it free. Personalization is engraved exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling before you order.
Natural variation isn’t a defect. Wood grain, color and how a material takes the laser vary piece to piece. That’s part of the charm.

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, or until I start making it, whichever comes first. After that it’s on the bench and final.
